With a dynamic and growing team, Translarity remains dedicated to addressing the ever-evolving needs of semiconductor manufacturers worldwide.The Job:The Probe Card Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and service to probe card customers remotely. The successful candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work under a microscope to manipulate probes using tweezers. They must have basic electronic diagnostic skills to help trouble shoot and repair electronic circuits and components. Good communication skills are necessary and must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. The Probe Card Field Service Engineer must operate without daily supervision and be flexible and organized while working with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and service to customers remotely.Work under a microscope to manipulate probes using tweezers.Use Microsoft Excel and Word to document work and communicate with customers.Work independently without daily supervision.Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electronic issues.Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.Skills:Excellent hand-eye coordination.Ability to work under microscope.Ability to manipulate probes using tweezers.Basic electronic diagnostic skills.Basic component soldering skills.Good communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Ability to work without daily supervision, self-starter.Ability to work under tight deadlines.Desire to satisfy customer.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent hand-eye coordinationAbility to work under microscope.Ability to manipulate probes using tweezers.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to work without daily supervision, self-starterWillingness to travel to customer sites through the United StatesBasic electronic diagnostic skills.Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
