Job DescriptionOverseeing the testing activities, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strong communication to effectively manage the testing process and take complete ownership of the project.

RequirementsExperience in handling Media, OTT, Smart TV, STB related projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.Lead and manage a team of QA Engineers and Testing Specialists.Ensure test execution aligns with project objectives and requirements.Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders for updates and issue resolution.Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions for continuous improvement.Identify and mitigate potential testing-related risks.Implement automated testing processes to improve efficiency and reliability.Manage the testing phase budget and optimize resource utilization.

Job ResponsibilitiesCreates and implements company quality standards.Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.Trains and motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met.Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis.Meets financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures.Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures.Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.Assists in the recruiting process.Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
