What You'll Do:
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide comprehensive therapeutic services to our patients. This role involves conducting individual therapy, group counseling, life skills sessions, clinical interventions, crisis management, family therapy, and assisting in case management and support system development.
Therapeutic Services:
- Conduct individual therapy, group counseling, family therapy, and life skills sessions.
- Perform clinical interventions and crisis management as needed.
Assessments and Documentation:
- Conducts thorough and clinically sound psychosocial assessments promptly.
- Maintains accurate clinic records, documenting all activities performed during service delivery.
- Obtains signatures from the individual receiving services regarding treatment, as necessary.
Counseling and Crisis Management:
- Conducts brief interventions, individual, family, and group counseling within the scope of practice.
- Participate in redirecting individual behavior to maintain a safe environment.
- Appropriately document all services and individual activities.
Community Integration:
- Arranges referrals and placements for individuals in community substance abuse programs, housing, or employment opportunities.
- Provides case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration.
- Conducts crisis interventions and follow-ups as necessary.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Follow up with appropriate leadership on all cases weekly.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- REQUIRED LICENSE: Current & unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Professional in State of Washington (LMHP-RP, LMHP-S, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, LPC, etc.) Independent or graduate level
- 2 years of experience in mental health, substance abuse treatment, or relevant work
- Knowledge of principles of recovery, family of origin/intergenerational issues, and co-occurring psychiatric disorders
- Knowledge and experience working with special populations (those individuals identified as having serious mental illness, substance abuse diagnoses, brain injuries, and those over 60 years of age)
- Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques
- The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment

The typical hiring range for this position is in the state of Washington $40.25 - $53.21 per hour. Compensation is based on years of experience, education, and relevant certifications.
