FVPP Clinical Supervisor (CV2632-1) - Reentry Services DivisionThe candidate for this position shall report to the Program Director. The candidate will be a part of the treatment team and provides direct clinical social work services to clients in the abuse intervention program targeting behaviors that led to domestic violence. Clinical social work services include supervising all Abuse Intervention clinical assessments, clinical consultations, group and individual client services, discharge planning, and client-centered advocacy. On-going supervision of clinical staff providing one-on-one and group supervision to staff is also a function of the Clinical Supervisor. This position will also participate in a Multi-disciplinary Treatment Team, discharge planning, and post-discharge follow-ups.The candidate for this position must hold professional mental health license (LPC/LCSW); and possess a minimum of 21 hours of training in clinical supervision; Possess a minimum of 100 hours providing general clinical supervision during the past 5 years; working knowledge of social learning theory, Cognitive-Behavioral intervention, motivational interviewing skills, and approaches, assessment and evaluation. Strong people skills. Training in experience in domestic violence is required, as well as working with underserved or culturally specific populations (i.e. immigrant, female, LQTQ+, etc.). Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet agency standards.
