Ellie Mental Health is an exciting new mental health practice offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy via a hybrid of in person and tele-health services. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing quality mental health care and who want to thrive and succeed in a unique culture that emphasizes our core values of autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination.
What Your Role Entails:
- Skills and comfort level in working with children ages 5-17 years old, in addition to adult clients
- Ability to engage and include parent(s) or guardians in child's treatment and planning
- Evaluating mental health diagnosis and implementing a treatment plan.
- Maintain ongoing documentation using company platforms and EHR.
- A caseload of 25 or more client sessions per week.
- Able to work late afternoon and evenings - working weekend days is encouraged
- Excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care.
- Utilizing your preferred clinical techniques to assist clients achieve and exceed goals
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and community outreach as directed by the clinical director.
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Must have one of the following licensed mental health professional credentials (LGPC, LCSW, LGPC, LCPC, LMFT, etc) in the state of Maryland.
- Maintaining professional licensure in accordance with your state licensing board
- Knowledge of Play Therapy techniques
- A creative and innovative approach to mental health.
- Community involvement and engagement.
- General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms.
