JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This position is an interdisciplinary role supporting the capital raising, client service and venture management efforts for Greystar's closed-end investment ventures in North America. The role within the Client Relations team requires the development of close collaborative relationships with the senior executive team as well as teams across the platform, including capital formation, portfolio management, investment, asset management, investment accounting, legal, compliance and investment strategy and research, with the aim of delivering high quality service and information to both our existing and prospective investors.
This position involves frequent client contact, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and financial skills are a must, as are attention to detail and interest in real estate. The candidate should also have expert Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Prior investor relations, client services and/or marketing experience is preferred, and familiarity with Qvidian proposal automation and Juniper Square software is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide exceptional and timely client service to current and potential investors in commingled funds and separate account vehicles.
- Help manage existing client relationships, with the goal of deepening and expanding the assets we manage on their behalf.
- Assist in new fund formation and venture management, including preparation and review of marketing and investor materials, investor targeting and tracking, due diligence management and investor closing/onboarding.
- Create and maintain content in RFP/DDQ database.
- Oversee investor communications.
- Develop innovative and creative ways to market investment products to institutional investors.
- Keep abreast of competitors and the broader real estate industry to best position our ventures in the market.

- Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
