We are assisting well-respected industry leader with their search for a Director of Finance. Our client is working a hybrid work schedule with three days in office. This role will support leadership decision making with budgeting, forecasting and actuals analysis.Salary: $150-$220KResponsibilities:
Creating financial models and analysesLeading the budgeting and forecasting for capital expenditures for the organizationPreparing short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external partiesManaging financial systems and maintaining full and accurate recordsResponding to auditors' inquiriesReviewing, analyzing, and comparing monthly and quarterly operating department financial results and KPIs against budget and forecastCoordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecastsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance required; MBA a plus7+ years of related work experienceExperience in a public equity-backed company desiredExcellent communication skills including the ability to present results to senior leadership
