What We're DoingOur Team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Regional team, is constantly engineering, developing and integrating new capabilities for the U.S. Missile Defense System. protecting both the United States and its allies. This large, fast paced team, is composed of many small agile teams working together dynamic environment with a common mission to develop and deploy leading-edge missile defense technologies.
The WorkCoordinate, develop, and execute detailed test plans and procedures to test C2BMC interface design implementation in an integrated environment, test specific capabilities for interfaces, and test and analyze infrastructure in support of operations (e.g., Internal Messaging, control and monitoring, message and display recording and playback, failover processing).Perform in-depth analysis on any discrepancies identified to determine the source of the discrepancy. Provide recommended solutions to resolve issues. Work with other team members to ensure requirements are able to be passed.Execute tests of interface communication paths and capacity performance; conduct post-test data analysis and reporting.Create Test Discrepancy Reports to document issues and assist development with the investigation and resolution of issues.Develop test specifications, execute manual and automated test and perform analysis of C2BMC implementation in an integrated environment
*Position requires occasional travel between the Hwy 83 facility in Colorado Springs and the MDIOC building at Schriever SFB. Infrequent travel to Huntsville, Alabama may be required*

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
