Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations with other systems.

Technical Expertise:

Serve as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and security.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

Solution Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.

Testing and Deployment:

Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce customizations and integrations to ensure quality and stability.

Documentation and Training:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions and provide training to end-users.

Emerging Technologies:

Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Explore and recommend new technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities.

Mentorship:

Guide and mentor junior Salesforce developers, fostering their growth and development.

Experience you'll bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are highly preferred.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.

Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns.

Knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and/or Mulesoft.

Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
