In this remote or hybrid role based in Tacoma, WA, you will lead cross-functional initiatives through the complete project life cycle, which includes anything from new product introductions and go-to-market initiatives to implementing new applications for the enterprise and more. You will also design efficient and repeatable business processes and drive best practices across all lines of business. You thrive in an environment where you have the freedom to experiment and test innovative ideas.What you'll do:Work with senior leaders and executives to guide cross-functional teams through complex business transformation programsPartner with Product, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other key operational experts across the organization to lead, support, and influence business initiatives and drive broad business solutions and outcomesDesign, build, and drive strategy and operational plans that deliver against companyobjectives, while identifying gaps and managing risks/issuesDrive functional and cross-portfolio program alignmentManage to program goals and make data-driven decisionsLead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of organizational changeDefine, track, and report key performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and change management effortsPartner across our team and lead specific workstreams to build world class PMO standards for the company.What you'll bring:12+ years of experience, including work as a program/project manager, with experience working and leading change across multiple functions and business units.Experience building and leading programs and projects end-to-endLeadership and team management skills and analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional communication and presentation skillsDiverse and inclusive cross-team collaboration, including not operating in silos, active listening, and inviting diverse perspectives, focusing on shared successA firm understanding of cloud-based solutions, including but not limited to Salesforce.com, to drive adjustments from best practice guidelinesFamiliarity with multiple functions and/or business processes including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, lead to cash, procure to pay, support, professional services, etc.Experience working with and business process knowledge for the SaaS business modelUnderstanding ofhyperscalers business models, through direct experience working at a hyperscaler or through building capabilities to leverage their Route to Market.Bachelor's degree required, MS/MBA, PMP, and/or an advanced degree are preferredWhat success looks like:After six months, you will...Be familiar with our company strategy, functional teams, and systems, and have established a robust network of strong working relationships across Program Management, the COO Organization, Sales, Marketing, and other key functionsDrive cross-functional initiatives to successfully achieve program goalsActively identify, propose, and implement new best practices, improvements, and innovationsAfter about a year, you will...Be a subject matter expert for all driving strategic programs at InfobloxBe a trusted advisor for your program/project sponsorsInfluence and own team and business direction and transformationWe've got you covered:In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our compensation philosophy. At Infoblox, we believe in paying for performance. You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position in Washington & Colorado is $117,00 - $160,700 and in California & New York, $125,000 - $183,000, plus commissions.Our holistic benefits
