Join a collaborative and inclusive environment where you can drive product initiatives from concept to launch and optimize vendor performance and engagement within our supply chain.Role Overview:Establish and execute the strategy for vendor management products.Align products with technology, supply chain, and merchandising strategies using data-driven decisions.Focus on optimizing vendor performance, engagement, and integration to increase efficiency within the merchandising and supply chain teams.Foster relationships across the company to enhance vendor management capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Partner with merchandising and supply chain teams to align technology with strategic goals.Use data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.Analyze current processes and technology to find improvement areas.Requirements:Proven product management experience in retail.BA/BS in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.5+ years in product management, vendor management, merchandising, or related fields.Knowledge of EDI and other supply chain management technologies would be a plus.Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
