The Meta Employer Brand team builds meaningful connections between talent audiences and the Meta employer brand. As a global team, our goal is to build brand loyalty and develop a community of people who view Meta as an employer of choice. Through strategic, thoughtful, and innovative creative work shared across employer brand channels, we help people discover, understand, and make connections with Meta's mission, culture, and values.Meta’s Employer Brand Team is seeking a Content Marketer to create and execute brand marketing initiatives around Meta as an employer. In this role, you'll plan and create content that spotlights our people, culture, and values. You will be responsible for leading strategic development, creation, execution, and measurement of brand initiatives and building our employer brand in the eyes of our global talent markets. You’ll drive the development and implementation of our content strategy that will define our global employer brand to diverse, high-caliber talent and inspire them to build with us. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the overall design process through concept, design development, and delivery of compelling visuals that will resonate with an external global audience and inspire everyday sharing. You'll work with various stakeholders including Employee Experience, Recruiting, Communications, Consumer Marketing and more. The ideal individual for this role will consider themselves a storyteller and creative generalist; someone who not only has inspiring brand ideas but who can execute and bring them to life. They’ll value the importance of discovering and telling people-driven stories, building trusted interpersonal relationships, and ensuring diversity is at the center of everything they do. Content Marketer Responsibilities:
Set and execute the global employer brand content plan to support company and recruiting priorities, aligning with EB strategy and corporate brand standards.
Manage day-to-day cross functional content strategy planning.
Manage day-to-day strategy and execution of brand marketing efforts.
Create brand programs, campaigns, and content from brief development to implementation, including: Ideate new creative concepts and work with cross-functional teams to determine internal and external needs, translating into creative briefs and compelling creative concepts.
Establish marketing goals and objectives rooted in insights and research and with a strong focus on driving engagement, consideration, and awareness.
Create engaging organic and paid content for social as well as website and blog features, event properties, and internal/external communications.
Discover unexpected and compelling employee stories through interviews and amplify with editorials, video productions, and virtual/physical events.
Manage ad strategy, execution, and reporting.
Create and execute around cultural moments to show meaningful cultural relevance.
Understand and champion the wants and needs of our talent audience first and foremost.
Build out a strategic messaging framework and craft emotionally-compelling stories that connect with our audiences.
Own editorial strategy for key content verticals across a wide variety of channels.
Become an expert in the Meta's brand standards, social strategy, and company narratives.
Collaborate closely with the agency partners, media partners, cross-functional company partners in content creation and optimization across channels.
Leverage opportunities to engage employees in employer branding efforts.
Prioritize competing needs with solid reasoning and creative solutions.
Coordinate resources across multiple project initiatives and teams.
Driven to help Meta connect with people in a meaningful way.
Independently identify and act on priorities and leverage opportunities.

5+ years of documenting/editing experience.
5+ years of creative content creation in design programs like Adobe, Figma, etc.
5+ years of editing experience.
Demonstrated experience to adapt, learn new skill sets, and gain an understanding of operational challenges.
Organizational, time management, and communication skills Innovative content creator and on top of social trends.
Resourceful and creative storyteller.
Experience marketing to diverse audiences in an authentic way that produced measurable results.
Entrepreneurial, with a proven skill to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously.
