Your Most Critical Outcome

As the Implementation Manager at GradGuard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding and seamless integration of our products. Your primary focus will be on driving value, facilitating widespread adoption, and helping schools align our solutions with their existing processes.You will lead the end-to-end implementation process, managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and providing tailored training and support to ensure a smooth transition. Your ability to track and analyze project milestones, manage risks, and communicate effectively will be key to driving success.Your Responsibilities

Manage new school implementations and integrations, ensuring a streamlined and organized process.Provide valuable support to schools in planning the implementation of GradGuard products, aligning with their business processes and industry best practices.Track and analyze key aspects of school implementations, including milestone tasks, target dates, forecast dates, risk factors, and school interactions.Engage internal and external business partners as part of the project management process, fostering collaboration for successful implementations.Support schools' success by answering application questions, tracking issues, providing training, monitoring changes, and resolving issues according to company guidelines.Update internal implementation tracking systems in a timely and accurate manner for cross-departmental visibility and reporting.Follow established implementation standards and operating procedures.Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of school issues and manage day-to-day school relationships.You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or a related role, ideally within a technology-focused environment.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a portfolio of active schools through their implementation or support process; strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple clients and varying needs are critical to this role's success.Goal-driven and self-motivated towards continual improvement in knowledge, efficiency, productivity, and school service.Ability to quickly evaluate a school’s capabilities and adapt instructions and training accordingly.Strong team collaborator, believing that group success is as important as individual success.Experience defining business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.Ability to motivate and focus resources with or without a direct reporting relationship.Enthusiastic, professional, with a focus on school success.Excellent listening skills to fully understand school requirements and pain points.Passion for solving school challenges and commitment to delivering exceptional service.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

Typical work environment for a professional office space.Primarily a stationary role with occasional movement around the office.Constant use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and other office equipment.Some evening and weekend work may be required depending on workload.Occasional overnight travel may be required for work, events, and conferences.
