Credit Risk Managers [in Finance Department] to work with cross functional teams on projects and system integrations, acting both as a credit Subject Matter Expert and data tester to ensure successful implementation of credit systems and reporting needs. Manipulate large amounts of data (hundreds of millions to billions of records per table/transactions) using analytical tools, including Oracle, Teradata, Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, SQL, SAS, Python, R, to extract key insights and communicate actionable plans and recommendations. Participate in projects in various stages serving as project manager, credit data expert and analytic methodology specialist. Provide project management plans and timelines, update leadership and guide projects and initiatives to completion. Credit Risk Managers to perform the following duties: Extract and analyze many terabytes of data from multiple disparate sources including Oracle, Teradata, Salesforce, SAP and Snowflake data environments. Apply experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, to manipulate large amounts of financial, customer risk and bureau related data, consisting of hundreds of millions of lines of data. Apply experience with data risk decision engineer software and platform solutions. Apply experience with creating user test cases and conducting data quality validations to support business strategy changes and system deployments, using Oracle, Teradata, SQL, SAS, Python, R. Develop presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate test results and project status to the leadership team. Create business requirements, including calculations, aggregation logic, alerting and conditional rules for data monitoring and reporting. Develop credit portfolio dashboards, reporting and analytical solutions using Tableau, Power BI and SAS. Analyze data, perform and document application testing, establish and update automated testing, and support performance testing assessments. Manage expectations and requirements of multiple project stakeholders to include internal, partner, and customer sponsors and stakeholders. Collaborate with business and IT partner teams to develop business capability and technology roadmaps. Build, maintain schedules, and oversee the activities of various stakeholders through scrum meetings, project meetings, and technical deep dive sessions. Apply experience managing projects with Waterfall and Scrum project management approaches and schedules with MS Project. Develop comprehensive project plans using Microsoft Project to track project tasks, schedules, risks, and issues to be shared with the project and client teams. Develop work breakdown structure and responsibility matrix based on an analysis of project processes, risk analysis, quality management requirements, roles, responsibilities, and governance requirements. Implement project governance mechanisms including advisory groups, steering committees, and executive review committees.
