Responsibilities for Director of Nursing (RN):Responsible for staff development, nursing education and management of nursing practiceCoordinate nursing staff orientation and training to both facility and company policiesObserve and evaluate the performance of the nursing staffMake clinical roundsAssist with recruiting efforts
Qualifications
Qualifications for Director of Nursing (RN):Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in
OH ; Bachelors in Nursing preferredA valid CPR carda minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative/management experience in a healthcare setting, with 1 year experience in correctional healthcare preferred.With NaphCare, you'll play a critical role in our continuing mission to be the leading provider of quality healthcare in the correctional industry.
