The position involves assisting the account sourcing team with both tactical and strategic activities, all in a virtual setting.

What your day-to-day will look like:Communicate daily with multiple parties as the main conduit between JLL Operations, Sourcing, Legal, Risk Management, JBS, ISN and Suppliers as it pertains to Supplier onboarding, contracting and contract administration.Respond to and drive contract action requests to execute contract documents including but not limited to drafting Service Contractor Agreements, Amendments and Termination notices.Communicate with Service Contractors to request and/or confirm scope of work and pricing, follow up with Site Teams and/or Legal as required to facilitate the contracting process.Ensure compliance for potential, new and current suppliers in terms of Certificates of Insurance, Diversity Certificates, Delphi Address Book / Aravo requirements, Jaggaer registration, ISNetworld compliance, Corrigo and any other required areas. Perform due diligence as required to facilitate new supplier onboarding, supplier qualification and compliance.Confirm and/or track Change Control Requests (CCR's) in Client Portal to ensure applicable documents are provided and CCR's are approved before contacting with a Supplier or onboarding a new Supplier. Documents may also include Quality Agreements and Risk Assessments as applicable, ISN prequalification, etc.Perform initial review of redlined Service Contractor Agreements upon return from supplier. Request input when required from JLL Legal, Sourcing Lead and/or site teams to respond to redlines. Maintain relationship and communicate with suppliers including setting up conference calls when required for redline reviews.Perform monthly review and maintenance of Jaggaer spend file and no match report.Provide support of Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.Responsible for delivering supplier and operational improvements; leading and executing strategic initiatives.Closely participate in and with Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.Support and assist Sourcing Lead to help resolve issues, complete deliverables on time, prioritize work and maintain relationships with site teams.Perform ad hoc spend analysis as requested by Sourcing LeadProvide support, instruction and follow-up to operations teams RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.Ensure compliance to JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals and new services.Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.Assist Sourcing Leader with work priorities, complete deliverables timely and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction, customer satisfaction.Provide analysis and compliance reporting to Sourcing Lead, identifying risks and actions as appropriate compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems.Ensure compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements and are updated in accordance with contractual increases and service level changes.Support data collection and analysis for multi-client events with the ability to develop actionable insights from data.Support and assist in supplier performance management program.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred.Project management and business transitions experience preferred.Experience with Jaggaer and Aravo preferred.
