About this Role

Brink Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and shape the Central Region's recruitment efforts, playing a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth agenda. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our talent acquisition capabilities to meet strategic workforce needs. You will take ownership of building, managing, and mentoring a team of recruiters, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional results across multiple regions and functions.

Pay : This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $90,000 - $115,000.

Location : This position is located in Meridian, CO.

What You'll Do

Stand up the Central Region's Talent Acquisition Team ensuring recruiting strategy is aligned with growth objectives and future workforce needs.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, while meeting efficiency targets, including time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.Serve as the subject matter expert in all areas of recruitment, candidate assessment, and onboarding (full cycle) for multiple locations.Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates across key skill areas.Create talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Partner with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, create candidate profiles, and write job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the required skills and qualifications.Build a strong employment brand and ensure a good candidate experience.Ability to analyze talent data and recruitment metrics to refine hiring strategies, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven results.Develop screening criteria and implement efficient interview processes.Research talent acquisition trends to improve the process.Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.Leverage and manage external recruiting resources.Oversee the daily workflow of the talent team.Develop and maintain budget for recruitment costs.What You'll Bring

Required:

5+ years of Talent Acquisition experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsProficiency with talent acquisition technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Valid Drivers LicensePreferred:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldSPHR/PHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CPPre-screen:

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $115,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
