Understand customer's business case and design appropriate solution architecture of Salesforce platform.Salesforce Subject Matter Expert - Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of Salesforce for a public sector client.Provide Salesforce technical leadership for multiple related application builds.Works in partnership with Task Order Lead and Technical Leads on ongoing project planning efforts including implementation schedule, resource requirements, and identify dependencies.Work with business stakeholders and the project team to help understand requirements, evaluate new features and architecture, develop solutions, or enhance existing solutions and help drive decisions.Identify and help resolve conflicts between business requirements and technical capabilities. Provide guidance to the development team on how these conflicts can best be addressed and resolved.Works as a trusted advisor to the customer and helps the customer in planning and development of a scalable and secure architecture on Salesforce platform.Qualifications, and Certifications:

Experience in delivering solutions for customers, which includes at least 5 years of experience on the Salesforce platform.Experience in designing, architecting, and delivering solutions on Salesforce platform.Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background within Salesforce.Proven experience in IT architecting solutions in multiple business domainsExperience providing guidance to a team of developers to ensure successful implementation of projects on Salesforce platform.Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience..com integration experience, including integrations between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, LWC and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.Strong practical deployment knowledge of LWC, Salesforce Configurations, APEX classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange Deployment, and Salesforce.com S-Controls.Experience in choosing suitable software, hardware and suggesting integration methods.Act as last point of escalation for production issues or technical problems when they arise.Carry out testing procedures to ensure systems are running smoothly.Ensure that systems satisfy quality standards and procedures.Good Anticipation and Problem-Solving skills.Ability to deal with pressure, prioritize, and manage time well.In-depth knowledge about quality standards, key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices.Preferred Skills:

Service Cloud or Design Cloud experienceMulesoft or Tableau experienceRequired Certifications: (one or more)

8 years of experience.Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs. As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $165,000- $195,000.Essential Job Function Physical Requirements:
