We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to drive software release management and release quality for the Private Cloud Compute software that powers Apple Intelligence

Description

Drive processes and best practices to develop, build, qualify, and release high-quality software to internal and external audiences Manage and communicate program/release schedules with clear dependencies, driving alignment across the organization Drive on-time development and delivery, establishing checkpoints, and re-planning as events warrant Identify release blockers, work with teams to deliver timely resolutions, and manage the overall change control processes Provide clear, timely and objective communication, including updates on program status and critical issues to executive team This is not a task-based job; you are accountable for delivering successful outcomes.

8+ years of technical program/project management for software or software/hardware productsHave personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products, under demanding timelines, running multiple work streams cross functionally across a large organizationDetailed understanding of testing/qualification, build and release processes for sophisticated softwareExcellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organizationStrong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
