Job Description:

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

● You will serve as the SME for SASE technology by providing guidance in the service, implementation, and support of existing infrastructure and providing architectural guidance for new infrastructure efforts.

● Will configure and maintain Single Sign On (SSO) integration with SASE technology with the customer's Identity Provider (OKTA).

● Ensure Okta Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) attributes and SCIM are set up correctly for ZIA.

● Troubleshoot issues with the SASE solution, including hardware/software issues and networking.

● Configure and maintain ZIA Single Sign On (SSO).

● Perform upgrades, generate reports and implement blocks as needed.

● Troubleshoot endpoint client application issues and develop troubleshooting checklist and appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for server and desktop support teams.

● Perform a Best Practices Assessment and recommendations for improving security posture.

● Perform a Security Lifecycle Review.

● Implement new rulesets based on security and networking requirements.

● Follow customer's change management process and document and perform updates to the system.

● Adhere to customer service level agreements (SLA) for service requests

● Create and maintain ZIA policies (e.g., web traffic with SSL inspection, URL filtering, data loss prevention, application control, threat protection), working with the OISP to define new policies and translate existing policy requirements.

● Develop ad-hoc ZIA reporting as requested.

● Help support in the resolution of technical problems that occur during business and non-business hours.

● Effectively work as a team with application owners and the customer to successfully translate business requirements into network/system requirements.

● Participate in training to the government, and their successors, on details of the business analyst processes, administration, maintenance, and program support efforts.

● Eager to expand knowledge and understanding of the customer's environment.

● Participates and support special projects and testing efforts, as needed.

● Coordinates with customer, Program Management and other Project managers throughout the period of performance.

● Provide weekly, bi-weekly and on-demand status reports on project work performed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Bachelor of Science in a STEM Field.

● 4+ years of related experience

● 2+ years working in a large-scale enterprise environment.

● 2+ years working in a cloud environment.

Desired Skills:

● Certified with any combination of Zscaler, OKTA, Akamai, Azure certifications.

● Strong Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ServiceNow and MS Teams.

● Experience with Confluence, Trello, ServiceNow and/or JIRA.

● Develop and execute test cases to ensure customer requirements are met.

● Provide technical support to help remediate network issues and mitigation of security vulnerabilities.

● Experience with any HHS agencies or entities.

● Demonstrates strong technical skills and analytic abilities.

● Demonstrates experience performing complex technical tasks with minimal direction.

● Effectively communicates with the team, customer and application owners.

● Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology.

Location: Remote (candidate local to the DMV area preferred)

Travel: < 10% (Candidate may be required to travel for the onboarding/badging process)

The likely salary range for this position is $140,899 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
