Network Engineer

DescriptionThe Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos is seeking a Network Engineer to support global enterprise networks. The Network Engineer will interpret customer requirements, evaluate new technologies, and troubleshoot network issues. They will provide technical expertise, develop secure network designs, and supervise network support specialists. The ideal candidate will have extensive network engineering experience, hands-on experience with routing and switching protocols, and the ability to work unsupervised as part of a network engineering team.Required Qualifications:TS/SCI with Poly clearance16 years of experience in network engineeringCompliance with DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 (Security+ CE)Experience with production network hardware configurations for Cisco, Brocade, and/or JuniperHands-on experience with standard routing and switching protocols in a production networkDesired Qualifications:Experience with MPLS WANs, network management tools, and firewallsExpert knowledge of routing and switching protocols, BGP experience a plusCisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent knowledgeOriginal Posting Date:
