Experienced Real Estate Assistant

Unique opportunity to work a combination of in the field, office and remotely but MUST be licensed and live in SWFL. You will work closely with TOP producing broker doing everything from putting a sign and key box on, meeting vendors, inspector, appraiser, agent accompanied showings, communicating with sellers, other agents, hosting open houses, inputting listings, marketing and pretty much anything real estate. Photography, video and social media experience a plus. Must be able to think independently, troubleshoot, effective communicator with a professional appearance who likes a varied day and is able to switch directions as this business can be unpredictable. Perfect for someone who does not want to sit in an office and do the same thing day after day. Get out in gorgeous weather, see beautiful Florida homes, meet people and have fun! Responsibilities: • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Qualifications: • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Real estate license preferred • MUST be licensed & living in SWFL! • Please be a team player with a positive mindset and "can do" attitude! • Reliable, presentable vehicle Compensation: $50,000+ yearly
