Patient Coordinator
As the Patient Coordinator, you will be the face of our practice. Your cheerful demeanor and welcoming smile will set the tone for our patients’ visits. We are looking for someone fun, reliable, and highly organized with superior communication skills to create a positive and lasting first impression.
Treatment Coordinator
The Treatment Coordinator will guide our patients through their treatment plans and financial discussions. You will ensure patients are well-informed about their treatment options and feel supported throughout their care journey.
Qualifications and Skills for Both Positions:
Previous experience in a customer service, receptionist, or treatment coordinator role in a dental or orthodontic office preferred.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing.
Comfortable and effective when speaking with patients regarding treatment options and financial details.
Proficient in dental management software and basic computer skills.
Highly enthusiastic, supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
Strong ability to learn new skills, adaptable, and open to feedback.
Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management.
Compassionate, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must enjoy working with children and be comfortable in a family-oriented practice.
A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are essential!
Responsibilities for Both Positions:
Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
Clearly and effectively explain treatment options, associated costs, and timelines to patients.
Facilitate financial discussions, payment plans, and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries.
Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure smooth operations.
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments.
Verify insurance coverage and ensure all patient information is accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in dental management software.
Collaborate with the dental team and ensure seamless communication between patients, staff, and orthodontists.
Ensure the front office and work areas remain clean, organized, and efficient.
Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.
Provide compassionate and caring patient services, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Assist with patient follow-ups, scheduling future appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
