Assists with over sight of non-clinical and support staff personnel.(20)* Assesses patient health care needs, nursing care requirements and the delivery of nursing care for all assigned patient, recognizing the specific individual needs of the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient. (20%)* Plans and prioritizes care required to meet assigned patients' health care needs. (20%)* Implements nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and established policy. (20%)* Evaluates the effectiveness of nursing care to ensure responsible and appropriate care is rendered to patients.
(20%)* Self-Management: Holds self accountable for delivery of responsible nursing care, demonstrates effective communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Assumes responsibility for own continued development and assists with the development of other staff members.
