Otolaryngology Physician Assistant NeededNashville, TN Music City USANO State Income TaxWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience in Otolaryngology to join our new practice in Nashville, Tennessee.About the Position:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review and physical exams, focusing on ENT-related concerns.Diagnose and manage a variety of conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, such as infections, allergies, hearing loss, tinnitus, voice disorders, sinus problems, and more.Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, including audiometry, CT scans, MRIs, and lab work, as needed for ENT conditions.Assist in the management and treatment of patients undergoing ENT procedures, including pre- and post-operative care.Prescribe medications and recommend non-pharmacological therapies, such as lifestyle modifications or referrals to specialists (e.g., audiologists, speech therapists).Perform minor ENT procedures, such as ear wax removal, nasal endoscopies, and management of epistaxis (nosebleeds).Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention strategies, and treatment options.Collaborate closely with ENT surgeons and other healthcare providers to create and implement comprehensive care plans.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring adherence to best practices and regulations.Participate in professional development and continuing education activities to stay current with advancements in ENT care.Qualifications:Master s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program.Certification or board eligibility as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).Experience in otolaryngology (ENT) is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience in primary care or internal medicine are encouraged to apply.Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with a focus on ENT-related conditions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.About the Offer:Fixed Base SalaryFull Benefits Which Include:
