Urology opening in Montgomery, AL - visa eligible Full-time, permanent opening Hospital-employed Joining an established group with 4 Urologists Each Physician has a Nurse or MA who works with them Administrative Support Staff Reason for recruitment: Growth and potential retirement Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm and Friday, 8am - 12pm Call: 1 in 5 Anticipated volume: Average 25-35 patients/day Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time Eligible for block time after 6 months Surgical Robotics available EMR: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital) integrated EMR system between clinic and hospital including imaging Compensation Package: Base Salary with 3-year guarantee Quarterly production bonus wRVU Comprehensive benefits including health, disability, retirement, profit sharing plan, malpractice, etc. Generous sign-on Relocation package 20 days Earned Time Off 5 days for CME $5k for Reimbursement of Expenses per year (CME, memberships in professional associations, DEA registration and board certifications) Community: The City of Montgomery is the capital of Alabama and home to 210,000 residents.
