will be responsible for managing scope, overall solution design within time and budget constraints.The

Senior Oracle Deployment Manager

will lead a project team of functional and technical IT resources and be consulted for the overall solution design, configuration, and delivery of all functions including supply chain, manufacturing, and finance into a cohesive solution The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct communication with business units to prioritize their needs effectively.Preferred location for this role is at Howmet's Corporate Headquarters located in Pittsburgh, PA. Remote candidates in the Eastern U.S. with aligned qualifications may be considered.Major Activities and Responsibilities:Review project plans or proposals to determine a time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and the assignment of available departmental resources to various project phasesBuild, develop, and manage high-performing team of Oracle implementation specialistsIdentify, schedule, and assign project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks to project teamProvide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline a work planManage and oversee solution design and technical development of Oracle configuration, reporting, integrations, and data conversionsConduct and communicate ongoing project risk assessment and mitigation plansCoordinate with Organization Change Management Team to train and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of the new ERP systemCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, communication, and training plan throughout the project lifecycle, including user manuals and training materialsBalance multiple implementations and manage against scope, resource, timelines requirements, while tracking risks and issuesEssential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience with managing projects, vendors, and teamsExperience with project management tools, techniques, and methodologiesBusiness Process Knowledge: Understands workflows and processes throughout the organization, including the people involved in the processes, their sequencing and outputs of the processesCross-Functional Collaboration: Identify areas/opportunities for collaboration within and across functions/business areas and broker consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needsProcess & Framework Expertise :

Reduces business process inefficiencies by applying blueprint methodology frameworks, conduct gap analysis approachInterpersonal Skills: Capable of quickly building trusting relationships, collaborating effectively cross-functionally, and influencing without direct authorityCommunication Skills: Excellent communication capabilities, both verbally and in writing, to convey information appropriately to a variety of audiencesDecision Making: Take initiative, act with confidence and work under own direction, generating activity and proactively alert team when faced with unexpected roadblocksCustomer Centric: Apply design thinking methods to ensure customer needs and perspectives are addressed and devises solutions to meet and set customer expectations Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidenceCoaching: Provide actionable feedback to improve team performance and guidance on module specific configurations and project management practices. Work as part of a geographically dispersed team supporting a variety of technologiesDigital Adoption: Stay current with industry trends and ERP enhancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations,QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, software engineering, or IT related field from an accredited institutionMinimum of 7 years of work experience implementing Oracle Applications in manufacturing environmentsMinimum 3 years of experience in supervisory roleEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this positionWilling and able to travel to company locations (domestic and international) up to 25% of the timePreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in information systems, computer science, software engineering, or IT related field from an accredited institutionPMI certificationSalary Range:
