Interested?Here's what you'd do:Manages work packages to ensure project deliverables are met through collaboration with the client's IT Infrastructure, Network Services, Service Support, and IT Operations teams.Works with Application Development and Business Unit teams and provides proper guidance to ensure the client software and services are designed, tested, documented, implemented, enhanced, and maintained according to the operations standards and expected service quality.Provides Tier 3 proactive and reactive service and performance management for mission-critical systems and client systems.Responds to real-time performance alerts to resolve performance problems.Conducts regular ongoing review/analysis of performance data to identify current performance problems and proactively detect potential future performance problems.Ensures proper selection and deployment of technologies, creation or improvement of all processes, and the recruiting or retaining of motivated, skilled people.Core responsibilities focus on operational/tactical aspects of the organization and limited, if any, strategic focus.Handles multiple work assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines.Takes a lead role in conducting more complex root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting IT InfrastructureCreate and maintain a patch management strategy for tools and methods to include tools that maintain a secure computing environment.Plan, design, and manage infrastructure technologies that can support complex and heterogeneous corporate data and voice infrastructure.Manage the Project Management Database and increase utility with reports and dashboards.Develop alternative solutions for decision-making that support organizational goals/objectives and budget constraints.Maintain and enhance systems as necessary to support operations.Identifies improvements in existing processes needed to increase the level of efficiency.Develops, maintains, and presents process guidelines.Performs system administration duties of various software platforms and applications.Collaborates with management in managing financial efficiency.Develops and conducts training classes when necessary.Assists users in resolving system issues and maintenance concerns.Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and technologies.May include limited supervisory responsibilities.Understands processes and procedures in specialized fields.Usually works with minimum supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters.Performs other project and process improvement initiatives as assigned.Here's what you'll get:Pay: $ 54.10/hrHours: 40 hrs/weekLength: Temporary (3 Months).Sounds like a good fit?APPLY TODAYAbout Acara SolutionsAcara is a premier recruiting and workforce solutions provider-we help companies compete for talent.
