National Certs REQ: ARRT and FL state license REQUIRED; AHA ACLS and BLS,. **RCIS also preferred in addition to the required certs.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): Yes- May need to float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) - N
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's
Special Requirements: Call Requirement. Seeking Cath Lab/Scrub Technologist specializing in Cardiac Cath Lab. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.
Experience required:
• Orbital atherectomy
• Rotablator atherectomy
PLEASE NOTE:
• Include all RTO upfront in submission - Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client
• SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
