Compensation: $75-95K First Year

We are looking for a skilled instructor with a technical background to train customers on our equipment. You will work with machine tools and laser technology, covering operation, maintenance, and programming.
Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation, maintenance, and programming of industrial equipment.
Assess and enhance existing curriculum to boost customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team on webinars and updates.
Travel to customer sites in the US and internationally for training and research purposes.
Maintain records of training schedules and personnel trained.
Engage in projects, Continuous Improvement, and SYNCHRO activities.
Qualifications:
Technical background with the ability to understand blueprints and schematics.
Strong presentation skills.
Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
Preferred (Not Required):
2-year technical school degree in Engineering or equivalent education/work experience.
Experience in training and field service.
