Pay Range:
$75,000 -$95,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will fall within this range and will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and the specific demands of the role.

Founded in 2006, ERP is headquartered in Laurel, MD and maintains satellite offices in Montgomery, AL and San Antonio, TX - plus project locations nationwide.
ResponsibilitiesJob Specific Details and Tasks • Work with end users and technical teams to develop data governance work-products.• Analyze business processes and data needs to help understand and manage the current organizational data governance needs, identify gaps, duplications, and redundancies and identify opportunities for improvement.• Identify impacts and/or dependencies across the current and future data requirements.• Work with business owners to define their target goals and propose alternative data governance solutions.• Develop work plans to reach the target goals.
QualificationsRequired Education • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Required Experience •3-5 years of professional work experience with an understanding of data analysis and data governance.• Experience with mapping processes or work-flows and developing documents.
• Experience researching complex data and data governance requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Ability to collect and analyze information and identify gaps in processes to recommend process improvements and business solutions.
Work Authorization Requirements • An active DoD SECRET clearance is required
• US Citizenship required
