Position Summary & Highlights:We are seeking a Full Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation Services team who specializes in providing a comprehensive treatment plan that includes specialized programming and an interdisciplinary team approach to help patients return to productive lifestyles.

What you will do:Our ideal candidates provide occupational therapy services to acute care patients throughout the organization under the direction of an occupational therapist and collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.

Minimum Qualifications:Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment (Idaho or Oregon).

Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.

Previous experience in cognitive retraining, facilitation of motor function, exercise in patient care and delivery of occupational therapy services in an acute care or rehab setting preferred.
