We are seeking an Outpatient Admissions Coordinator to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Required Skills:
One (1) year experience in Business Office or Admissions Office in a medical setting preferred.OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.Effective organizational and time management skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating with patients, families and caregivers to ensure that all admission requirements to the facility are met. Acts as a liaison to managed care companies, facilitating admissions, and hospital returns. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
