Key Responsibilities:

Month-End Close:
Manage and execute month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.•
Financial Statements:
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.•
Budget Monitoring & Forecasting:
Support budgeting process, monitor actuals against the budget, and assist in forecasting future financial trends.•
Reconciliations:
Oversee account reconciliations and journal entries to maintain the integrity of the financial records.•
Variance Analysis:
Conduct financial variance analyses and provide insights on budget-to-actual comparisons.•
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies, and support internal and external audits.•
Ad Hoc Projects:
Assist with various financial projects as needed, including system upgrades and process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.•
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on month-end close, financial statement preparation, and budget analysis.•
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in the construction industry or a related field is highly desirable.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., [specific software, e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle]).• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
