Digital Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play an essential role in shaping the voice and brand presence across digital platforms. This creative, hands-on position is ideal for someone with a passion for content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing strategy. You will have the unique opportunity to create compelling content, craft engaging copy, and learn the data-driven side of marketing to measure your work's impact. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be a key contributor to driving brand awareness and customer engagement through a mix of email, social media, and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Copywriting: Take

the lead in crafting engaging, on-brand content and copy for various digital channels, including social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and advertisements. Develop creative concepts and write clear, captivating messages that resonate with our target audience.Social Media Strategy & Execution : Help plan, execute, and track organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). Write eye-catching captions, suggest creative visuals, and use storytelling techniques to build an engaged community.Email Marketing: Write

and develop email marketing campaigns that are not only visually appealing but also personalized and action driven. Create subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action that boost open rates and conversions.Paid Social Campaigns: Support

in creating compelling ad copy and coordinating visual assets for paid social campaigns. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the copy and visuals are cohesive and optimized for performance.Learn Data-Driven Marketing: Dive

into campaign data to understand what resonates with our audience. You'll get hands-on experience analyzing key performance metrics, A/B test results, and audience insights to refine future content and campaign strategies.Brand Storytelling: Help

shape the brand's voice and visual identity by contributing creative ideas and content that tell a cohesive and engaging brand story across digital platforms.Collaborate Across Teams: Work

closely with the merchandising, design and content teams to brainstorm and execute new ideas for digital campaigns, ensuring a consistent message across all channels.Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep

up with digital marketing, content, and social media trends. Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table that push the boundaries of our digital presence.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related internshipsSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A passion for copywriting and storytellingBasic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Contact) and social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer)Interest in learning about campaign performance data and applying it to improve content.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindsetExperience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required.Ability to think creatively and come up with original content ideas.#LI-SL1
