Key Responsibilities:
• Agile Ceremonies Facilitation : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive collaboration and optimize workflows.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Act as the bridge between development, operations, and business teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Issue Resolution : Identify and address obstacles to maintain project momentum and team efficiency.
• Mentorship and Coaching : Guide team members on Agile methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with product owners and stakeholders to align on deliverables.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and report team metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Advocate Agile Principles : Promote Agile values across the organization, encouraging process improvements and adherence to Agile principles.Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum 7 years in IT support as a Scrum Master.
