Primary Function

The Graphic Designer will work on digital and social platforms. The person that holds this position is creative, enthusiastic and a proactive mid-level graphic designer who is fearless and takes smart risks. The ideal candidate is experienced in both digital and print design and will be exposed to projects across multiple platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop graphic design concepts and assets for social channelsGenerate and present clear ideas and concepts that meet project objectives and comply with team standardsDevelop unique creative concepts, designs and storyboarding to support desired messagesPartner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute concepts for social channelsDesign and create custom image asset library for use across multiple vehicles and channelsProvide technical recommendations and support for design- and video-related effortsLook to take still content and re-vitalize it with the use of motion graphics, iconography and a brand paletteBe comfortable working in tight deadlines with minimal supervisionBring with you a can-do positive attitude (this is a team who has fun working hard)Skills & Qualifications

Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Adobe Xd, Acrobat DC and more) with ability to execute high-level creative conceptsCapable of custom graphic design, unique illustration, exceptional typography and impactful animations in 2D or 3D image formatsDetail-oriented and precise with desire for a flawless final productCandidate should be willing to travel on occasionEducation & Experience

Applicants without portfolio will not be considered.Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar creative fieldFive (5) years of experience in graphic design or creative production and design experience in a corporate environment
