Under general supervision, work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the enterprise to develop and maintain departmental, business intelligence, reporting and analytics solutions.

Drive data-led business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers.

Influence business KPIs using statistics, data modeling and predictive analytics methods to build advanced solutions and processes.

Develop, monitor, and report department KPIs and metrics, translating business requirements into the appropriate analytics solution.

Job Description

Responsibilities:Design, build and maintain complex operational analytics solutions to meet specific business requirements.Produce actionable analyses, intelligence reports and dashboards that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.Create, review, and performance tune dashboards. Ensure dashboards are accurate and display meaningful visual stories.Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions. Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.Develop medium-complexity SQL scripts and procedures. This includes performance tuning of SQL code.Work with business users to identify analytics requirements on Pricing and Sales Operations related projects.Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree.Work Experience:

At least 2 years of experience leveraging SQL for data analysis, ETL and performance tuning, preferably MS SQL Server and/or Azure SQL Server.At least 2 years of experience developing and maintaining analytical and predictive modelsAt least 2 years of dashboard development experience using Tableau, Power BI or other similar technology.Additional:

At least 2 years of data modeling experience.At least 2 years of experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint.Experience working with operational analytics systems (ETL, CI/CD, ML Ops, etc.) preferredPreferred Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering or other related field.Experience working with Python, R, Git, Jupyter, Azure, Power BI.Experience working in an Agile/Kanban environment.
