This is our north star and at the heart of every product, feature, and partner integration that we build.What You Will Be DoingChargePoint is seeking a trail-blazing mobile app product leader with a vision to set the industry standard for EV driver experience. Through our top-rated mobile app, you will create intuitive and seamless EV Charging experiences, helping EV drivers find a great place to charge by connecting them with the businesses that host EV Charging stations. You bring business, operational, and technical understanding to the table when collaborating with cross-functional leadership to build winning products that will accelerate the global transition to electric transportation.In this role, you will,Build a strategic roadmap that meets the needs of EV drivers while creating business value for ChargePoint and station hostsWrite detailed product requirements and end-to-end use cases to be used by engineering & design team and take product concepts from idea through shipping, measurement, and iterationWork side by side with Engineering & UX designers to create industry leading, frictionless driver experiencesCollaborate with w/engineering, product, marketing, and design teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritizationTrack market trends and competitive offerings, interface with customers and sales organization to drive product direction, ensuring capabilities meet market needs and customer satisfaction goalsDrive the measurement, monitoring, and communication of performance metrics to enable company leadership to act quickly & decisively

What You Will Bring to ChargePointBS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree is highly desired; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus12+ years of experience in consumer facing product management role and experience in defining and delivering software products. Mobile app experience is highly desiredExperience with defining seamless consumer experiences that resulted in increased consumer engagement and growthExperiences with wayfinding, two-sided marketplaces, ad integration and other data monetization are a plusTrack record of successfully delivering complex projects in dynamic, cross-functional environmentsComfort operating in uncertainty, reacting quickly to changing priorities, with nascent agile product development practicesWell-developed understanding of getting to high impact improvements using qualitative and quantitative approachesBias towards action, even in areas of uncertainty, with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones, to get things doneComfortable using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiativesTest-and-learn methodology awareness and experienceExcellent written and verbal communication and soft-influence skillsPassionate about ChargePoint and our missionLanguage: English

LocationCampbell, CAChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $105,000 to $250,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable.
