Primary Unit: CVOR…Float: Main OR for primarily Ortho General cases...On-Call Requirement: on-call 24 hours SAT/SUN one weekend per month on-call 8 hour shift 2 weekdays either 3-11 or 11-7
BLS Required…2.5 Years of OR experience required…Circulate required Scrub is preferred…Types of Cases/Experience Required: Valve replacement coronary artery bypass TAVR Dissection transplant VATs…Main OR: Strong experience in General and OrthoStandard cardiac Cabg AVR MVR TAVR TCAR TEVAR Heart transplant Lung transplant VATs VADsTransplant experience at least heart transplant Standard Endovascular TCAR TEVAR fistulogram…Must have Endovascular vascular experience i.e. Endovascular AAA carotid endarterectomy arteriogram angiogram trans carotid artery revascularization TCAR AV fistula Fem-Pop bypass....Charting System: EPIC/OR Manager PICIS…First Time Travelers Accepted....Scrubs provided….Shift Info: Day 4x9.5-Hour 07:00 - 17:30About TotalMed Staffing
