Job Summary
As a Digital Analyst at Lulus Fashion Lounge, you will work across the analytics lifecycle to deliver a broad range of data, reporting, and analyses that provide both deep and quick-turn insight into our customers and operations to inform tactics and strategy across our business. You will work in tandem with the data & analytics team to drive topical analyses ranging from customer relationship management to digital engagement and commerce to supply chain and inventory optimization. You will work collaboratively with business and technical leads to design, build, and deliver insights by querying multiple data sources, applying the appropriate statistical tools, and integrating the insights back into our reporting & discovery platforms to guarantee consistent results are delivered to our stakeholders. You will ensure a sharp focus on the accuracy and interpretability of results and strive to build and maintain automated, repeatable processes to help speed the path to insight on future projects and support a platform of insights that is always on. You will be a key organizational liaison, helping translate business problems into analytics workstream projects and flowing the complex output of your analyses into concrete, intuitive, actionable recommendations for business and/or product improvement.
This position is hybrid in office 3 days a week and it can be based out of our Chico, CA or Los Angeles, CA office! Compensation is based on the location in which the position will be based in.
What You'll DoDrive execution of site and app instrumentation and measurement and collaborate with tech/product team leads to deliver on that strategyDevelop, nurture, and refine our engagement and conversion metrics and reportingDeliver automated, accurate, and timely reporting on site experience, usability, tests, and key ecommerce metrics, with the goal of proactively informing the organization of current state, anomalies, and emergent trends to spur actionAutomate the monitoring, care, and feeding of our web analytics platforms, including variable/metric anomaly detection and continuous quality monitoring and health reportingProvide support for business teams with on-demand custom reporting and analyses using data from multiple tools and sources to answer complex business questionsWork with cross-team partners in the continued iteration of our site/app tagging to ensure our ability to measure and report on the impact of new features and evolving customer behaviorWhat You'll Need
Experience and agility in web analytics, with an ability to understand and translate key site path, page, and channel metrics into actionable intelligence for non-quantsProven ability to own web analysis projects from inception to completion (i.e., data collection, analysis, interpretation and insight generation)Understanding of the flow of web data, from site tagging and data layers to standard and custom variable configuration in analytics platformsAbility to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment and adapt to rapidly changing strategies and prioritiesDisplay an infectious intellectual curiosity and fortitude, with a deep commitment to learning and applying to solve critical business problems and push the boundaries of our capabilitiesPossess strong writing, data visualization and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrable experience in both Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics required2+ years of progressive experience as a digital/web analyst, data analyst, or data scientist requiredBachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience highly desiredExperience with SQL and modern relational data warehouses a plusExperience with modern reporting tools, like Looker or Tableau a plusWhat You'll Love About Us:
