San Antonio Winery is looking for part time Winery Courtesy Clerk's to support with the Wine Shop. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about customers and enjoys a fast paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environmentAbility to manage conflict in a reasonable, non confrontational and cooperative mannerAbility to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business informationEffective communication and customer service skillsAbility to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional serviceEstablish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to returnDemonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of othersCourtesy Clerk will offer to help customers with loading bags into their carPerform basic shelf conditioning, stocking, and cleaningInform customers of current specialsReturn merchandise to store shelvesClean spills, collect and pick up trash inside the store and parking lotClean all areas inside and outside of storeUnderstand the store's layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiersReinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identifying unsafe conditions, accidents, or issues and notify store managementAdheres to all food safety regulations and guidelinesPractice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notifying appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repairCreate an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the storeAdhere to all local, state and federal laws, and company guidelinesProvide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adultsMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationMinimum Qualifications:
Availability to work on weekends and holidaysAbility to repetitively lift a minimum of 50 lbs.; be able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, and lift repetitivelyA friendly attitude and a strong work ethicMust be a Team Player, reliable, & dependableMust be able to stand for long period of timeMust Maintain a positive attitudeMust be 21 years or olderBilingual (English/Spanish)
