Day to Day:Managing client orders, inventory, and manufacturing as a functional team leadOracle Cloud Expertise - Provide functional leadership in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Inventory modules, ensuring best practices and efficient configurations.Client Engagement - Lead regular meetings with the Department of Adult Corrections to review progress, clarify requirements, and resolve any challenges that arise.Agile Implementation - Drive the implementation using hybrid agile or agile methodologies, ensuring rapid iterations and adaptability to client feedback.Functional Design - Work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver functional solutions tailored to the Department of Adult Corrections' specific operational needs.Issue Escalation - Proactively identify potential risks and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution, maintaining project momentum.Cross-functional Collaboration - Coordinate with other workstreams, including finance and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing and inventory with the overall Oracle ERP solution.Configuration and Validation - Oversee hands-on configuration activities and validate that the functional setup aligns with the business processes.Client Training - Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for end-users, ensuring they are prepared for system adoption and can operate efficiently post-go live.Change Management Support - Assist in managing organizational change, ensuring that the adoption of new technologies is smooth and minimally disruptive to operations.Continuous Feedback Loop - Establish a continuous feedback loop with both the client and project team to refine and optimize processes during implementation.Must Haves:
5+ years of experience with Oracle Supply Chain modules, specifically in Order Management and Inventory.At least 2 successful Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations, preferably in government or similar industries like healthcare or corrections.Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Supply Chain application modules, specifically Manufacturing and Inventory.Experience with developing and executing test scripts, ensuring the implemented system functions as intended.Proven experience in functional configuration and the ability to collaborate with technical teams for custom object development.Ability to quickly grasp and apply knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in the context of Oracle Cloud implementations.Ability to actively engage in discussions with clients, anticipate their needs, and propose solutions before issues arise.Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving project success through clear communication and leadership.Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in working with high-stakes clients (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, Excel).Plusses:
