Job Overview:
At LPL Financial we consider it our mission to take care of our advisors so they can take care of their client. Joining as a Senior Developer on the Advisory Flexibility team, which is within the Technology business unit, you will be responsible for planning, and directing projects to help design, build, and maintain the sustainable, scalable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of software products, processes. This role will also include responsibility for leading special projects to drive more quality, scope, and scale in the offering and provide technical leadership to other team members.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, tune and implement n-tiered web-based applications
Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and Support teams to design, develop, test and maintain the various platforms and their integration with other systems.
Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and prepare documentation outlining platform road map.
Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.
Work collaboratively with QA, DevOPS teams to adopt CI/CD tool chain and develop automation
Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support.
Design and develop core services and components with expertise in service-oriented architecture.
Design patterns and coding best practices

Requirements:
7+ Years of experience working with .NET/C# or related Microsoft Tech Stack.
3+ years of experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
2+ years of experience working with AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service.
1+ year of hands-on experience with infrastructure as code such as: Terraform or Cloud Formation
3+ years of In-depth hands-on working experience with SQL Server.
Core Competencies:
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Comfortable asking questions, natural curiosity and drive to learn
Preferences:
Hands on experience using Confluent Kafka is a plus.
Experience with application architecture.
Experience working with caching solution like elastic cache Redis
Experience working with source control tools like TFS, GIT etc.
Working with entity framework or any other .Net ORM tools.

Pay Range:$140,500.00 - $234,100.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
