Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated
Senior Product Manager
to join the
Vendor Management Optimization (VMO) Program . In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing product strategies for the
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool
and the overall VMO product suite. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and key stakeholders to drive the success of the program through effective product management.
You will be responsible for managing the
product lifecycle ,
backlog
prioritization, coordinating
product releases , and analyzing
product performance . This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned product manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering business outcomes through impactful product solutions.Key Responsibilities:Support Product Vision & Strategy : Align product vision with business goals and support the execution of product strategies.
Collaborate with Senior Product Manager : Work together to manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through launch.
Conduct Research & Industry Analysis : Provide key insights on the tool to inform product decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement : Gather product requirements, define use cases, and facilitate discussions to prioritize features.
Roadmap & Backlog Management : Maintain product roadmaps, coordinate sprint plans, and manage the backlog.
Product Performance Tracking : Plan and execute product releases while monitoring metrics and ensuring successful product adoption.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Validate product features and ensure post-implementation success.
Post-Implementation Support : Assist in the development of change management strategies and post-launch support.
Data Analysis : Use data to inform decisions and optimize product features based on performance insights.
Basic Qualifications:7+ years of experience
in
product management
with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
Strong
strategic thinking ,
analytical skills , and
operational efficiency .
Demonstrated ability to gather product requirements through workshops, surveys, and interviews.
Excellent
meeting facilitation
skills for both in-person and remote audiences.
Exceptional
relationship-building
and
communication skills , with the ability to engage stakeholders at varying technical levels.
Proven ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, changing environment
while collaborating with both internal and external partners.
Proficiency with
Jira
for managing product backlogs.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with large-scale,
enterprise-level projects
valued at
$1M+ .
Proficiency in
MS Office
(PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, TEAMS).
Knowledge of
data transformation ,
ETL , and
data visualization
tools.
Broad understanding of
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
and
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
solutions.
Familiarity with
Smartsheet ,
Clarity ,
Airtable , or other project management tools.
Required Education:Bachelors in Technology
or equivalent professional experience.
Pay Details:
$65.00 to $68.75 per hour
