Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an Enterprise Architect 3 to join the IT Administrative Applications team, providing expertise in the implementation of a Salesforce-based Grants Management System (GMS). The selected candidate will oversee the technical roadmap of the GMS, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices, promoting low-code solutions, and leveraging third party solutions. This role requires advanced knowledge of design and architectural principles, as well as proficiency in the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:• Translate business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs with detailed financial modeling for complex technical solutions.• Analyze customer service requirements and design corresponding service solutions.• Construct risk assessments and remediation plans for service proposals.• Create specific solutions that encompass process, technology, and staffing plans for customer opportunities.• Develop Statements of Work and other deliverable documentation with detailed project specifications.• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technical services for internal and external clients.• Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs related to cost modeling, approvals, reviews, and associated deliverables.• Oversee the GMS technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices, including the adoption of low-code solutions.• Work closely with team members to maintain a scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce environment.
Qualifications:
Required Experience• 8+ years: Enterprise and Software engineering using frameworks such as SEI or TOGAF, with proficiency in creating architecture views, documenting non-functional requirements, and conducting implementation oversight and design reviews.• 8+ years: Enterprise or Software Architecture experience for systems implemented in Salesforce.• 8+ years: Integration of data, applications, and technologies into Salesforce, including MuleSoft integration, REST API integration, data migration, and dataset initiation.• 8+ years: Enterprise Architecture for Salesforce systems with low-code solutions, minimizing custom code.• 8+ years: Experience troubleshooting complex system software and hardware issues, and recommending solutions.• 8+ years: Management and support of Salesforce Orgs, including security policy implementation and improvement.• 8+ years: Integration of non-Salesforce applications and services, including REST APIs, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript, as well as data migration and dataset initiation.
Preferred Experience• 8+ years: Salesforce implementation and development, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.• Knowledge: Configuration-based solutions using Flows, process builders, workflow rules, etc., in Salesforce.• 2+ years: Agile Software Development Methodologies.• 2+ years: Cloud architecture experience (Azure, AWS, etc.).
Special Requirements: The selected candidate must be able to pick up equipment in Austin, TX.
