The Production Artist will be vital to ensuring the success of Brand, Ecommerce, and Product teams' creative needs. This professional will be the liaison between internal and external parties to ensure quality work in a timely manner by meticulously focusing on the details and staying within budget. They will collaborate with others, manage multiple projects at one time while staying organized and taking initiative.

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinates the creation and finalization of digital and print design for creative projects including, but not limited to: image resizing, template updates and resizing, print production / pre-press file management, image editing, edit and/or create packaging files across all brands.Maintain assets and file organization in a Digital Asset Management softwareEnsure brand consistency and standards met by following guidelines and specsAbility to manage projects and coordinate with outside print vendors to ensure projects are complete within budget and timelines.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications

Bachelors' degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in a production artist or similar role within an agency or in-house creative teamExperience in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, requiredProficient with project management tools and digital asset management software, Canto preferred.Self-starter with high attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentWorking Conditions & Physical Requirements

While most of this role is exposed to a normal office environment, there will be some exposure to client locations and other public events that will often be loud, busy and distractingSit, walk, bend, and stand as well as move items such as tables and product for training requiredMay lift/move up to 20 lbsOccasional travel requiredDirect reports
