Project Coordinator (Hospitality | Contract)

Your new role
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth, you will plan, coordinate, and execute key initiatives within the brand's growth transformation strategy. This includes testing menu innovations, facility upgrades, service enhancements, and operational improvements. You will develop project plans, oversee resources, track performance, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Additionally, you will support change management and foster cross-functional collaboration. This position is afull-time, 6-9-month contract, and is fully onsite in their Tampa Bay office.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or related field.2-4 years of project management experience, ideally in strategic or transformation projects.PMP certification preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
