The Driver for PACE will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation of participants to and from their homes, outside medical appointments, the day center and clinic. This position will also be responsible for the general oversight of the PACE vehicles which include pre and post day inspections, fueling, and cleaning.
What is PACE?
PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 163 PACE programs, serving more than 72,000 participants in 32 states.
The number of people aged 55+ is increasing in Grand Junction, CO and the demand for eldercare professionals is on the rise.

What You Bring:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Safe Driving Record which must be maintained throughout employment.Must be 21 years of age or older.Must meet and maintain eligibility under the HopeWest driving requirement policy and motor vehicle insurance.Experience as a driver preferred.Current or obtains Passenger Service and Safety (PASS) Driver Certification, maintains throughout employmentAdequate computer skills, experience with Microsoft office products.Valid Colorado driver's license, maintained throughout employment.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectivelyWhat We Offer:
