We are on a mission to revolutionize customer success. You are someone who will identify, approach, and nurture Planhat's prospective customers, setting them up for long-term success. Primarily working an outbound motion, you will create a personalized and seamless process, from initial awareness through to discovery call with our Account Executives.

with Customer Success leaders across the USA and beyondQualifying, then prioritizing : the needs and aspirations of executives across different industries, seniority levels, and company sizesLaying the groundwork:
for customer discovery calls for Account Executives with prospects (SMB, Midmarket, and Enterprise) across North AmericaThis is not about ticking boxes, or tallying years of experience, it is something deeper than that.

a proven track record of at least 12 months in B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or talent acquisitiona strong academic background, usually with stand out extra curricular achievements, such as NCAA D1 sportsa desire to take on a bigger challenge, and a 'no excuses' mindset
